## Tell the kitchen how many people to feed

You set when crew catering serves each day, with meal times suggested from your shifts. Each meal time shows how many people are on shift and their food needs.

Crew tell you their food needs once, in their own words. Your kitchen follows the day's counts on its own link, which shows no names.

## Hand out meals at your desk and charge teams for theirs

Your meal desk team scans a pass to see today's meals and the person's food needs, then gives a meal.

A team lead can collect meals for their whole team in one go. Your meal desk team keeps giving meals without a connection. Each meal is added once the connection is back, with nothing counted twice. You can charge each outside team for the meals their people ate, at your price per meal. They pay from the invoice's payment page.

## Qualify and brief everyone before they work

You can ask for the documents each shift needs in your own words, such as a first aid certificate. Each person adds a document once from their My shifts page, and it counts at all your events until it expires. Fai, your AI teammate, picks up the expiry date from the file.

Nobody goes on a shift without it unless your team gives a reason. Your safety induction can include a short test Fai drafts from your briefing. At the hand-out desk, your team checks it is done before anyone collects their pass.

#### Can crew pre-order their dishes?

No. The kitchen sees how many people to expect and their food needs for each meal time, and people do not choose dishes in advance.

#### Do people add the same certificate again for my next event?

No. A document belongs to the person for your whole brand, so it counts at every one of your events until it expires.

#### Is Fai's induction test a safety plan?

No. It checks that people read your briefing. Review each question and answer before you make it live.

#### Who can see people's documents?
