## Know where you stand on each date

You can hold a date and see all the holds on it in queue order, so you always know who is first in line.

You challenge the first hold, confirm it or release it. If the person with the first hold does not answer a challenge in time, the challenger can take the date.

- **Holds and challenges**: you can hold, challenge, confirm, release and take the date
- **Needs attention**: the holds and deals you or your team need to act on now

## Price each offer with the act's past fees in view

You go into each negotiation knowing the numbers. Before you send an offer, you see what you paid this act before and the fee range Fai suggests.

You can start from a template or reuse your last one, add the deposit, due dates and set length, email the offer to the agent and note their answer. When the agent accepts, the act is booked onto your event. You can undo the booking if you picked the wrong event.
